Uttarakhand's Chief Minister is also the State's Forest Minister, and there are a number of issues we need to sort out with him. We submitted written applications to meet him 5 times over last 6 months, but each time it was rejected. Since it is the Chief Minister himself who decides whom he wants to meet, his staff has no explanations on why it is rejected each time. Here is what we wish to discuss with him. Since he has refused to meet us, we took a 6 foot postcard, made of wood, pasted our letter behind it, and left it at his residence, hoping that he will at least read it
