A number of our members live outside Dehradun and wish there was a way they could help our cause. Well, if you are one of those, the good news is that you can! You can help us protect trees of Dehradun in a few ways.
First, spread the word about us. Invariably you will have friends / relatives in Dehradun, tell them about us. Motivate them to join hands with us. If they are not familiar with the computer, tell them to SMS us their names at 9410542177 and they will receive regular updates of our activities. If they have access to internet, tell them to sign up here or on Facebook. As they say, strength is in numbers, the more we are the more weight our voice will carry. And our voice is for the trees of Doon, which are mercilessly and unnecessarily being chopped down. Another way to help us is to run a donation drive for us. Each rupee is precious to us as it helps us do a number of things we wish we could do but cannot due to fund constrains. So, talk to your friends & relatives, collect some money for us and send it. Here is how to donate for our cause. And the most important way you can help us is by being in touch! Keep in touch & whenever you are in Dehra Dun, try and spare a few hours and join in any activity we are having at that time. The only way you will know what we are doing is by being in touch.
