Most of the shopkeepers seemed to understand the problems of plastic carrybags but will need lots of prodding to take the plunge. Which is why, our fourth round of Anti plastic campaign will be a feed back round, in which we will cover all the shops we visited in the previous three rounds and see if they have given up the ubiquitous "panni".
